“Aaah, alone at last! So… What now?”. Who is Anya Esma?

Hey! It’s me! My day job? I'm a copywriter. Other than that? I'm a writer. I write, write, write, think, think, think... I'm all words, all reflection, all philosophy.

What happened to bring me here?

One day in 2017, when I realized my life lacked magic, I decided to change that.

I started practicing being present in the moment, seeing the magic in the trees and flowers like I when I was a child.

I got obsessed with Tarot because I had seen my mother use it all my life – and she’s pretty magical, so I figured: There must be something to it.

I experimented with witchcraft, spells, affirmations, manifestation.

I studied limiting beliefs within myself and began my shadow work journey.

I’ve been sharing my journey with these practices on YouTube since 2018 and later also on Patreon.

And now, many years later, I still struggle sometimes. Spirituality, mindfulness, shadow work, and healing are not a “one and done” practice.

It is a daily practice of loving myself where I am at, with any pains, thoughts, limitations or doubts I may have.

And the practices I compile in my “Me Time Guides” are tried and true practices that I use to stay on track. To be with myself, compassionately. And feel fulfilled and aligned in everything I do, rather than stressed and empty by a meaningless life.

Making your life feel meaningful and full of magic is a task you approach every day. And my guides are meant to help you do that.
