Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal (GER: Widerrufsrecht)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please note the premature expiry of the Right of Withdrawal (see below) in case of an immediate digital delivery, which is the case for my wares.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify me at:

by means of a clear declaration (email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which I am informed of your decision to withdraw.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if:

the performance has begun with your prior express consent, and

you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the execution has started.
